You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that you do not have the right to share.
Mental Health Disclaimer
Jellies is not a mental health service, therapy platform, or crisis intervention tool.
What Jellies Is
Jellies is a private social connection app that allows friends and family to share how they are feeling and offer peer support. Nothing in the app constitutes professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Monitoring
Jellies is not monitored by mental health professionals, crisis counselors, or emergency services — at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays. No one at Jellies will see your posts or respond to them. Your content is only visible to the members of your chosen groups.
Do not use Jellies as your primary or sole means of seeking help in a crisis.
If You Are in Crisis
If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact professional help immediately:
By Using Jellies, You Acknowledge That:
- Jellies is a peer connection tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care
- Jellies is not monitored and cannot respond to crisis situations
- Response from friends or group members is never guaranteed
- You will seek professional help for serious mental health concerns
- Jellies LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use or non-use of the app during a mental health crisis or at any other time
No Warranties Regarding Mental Health Outcomes
Jellies LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding mental health outcomes, the quality or safety of user-generated content posted by others, or the suitability of peer support for any particular mental health condition.
Service Availability
We do our best to keep Jellies running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be updated, paused, or have features discontinued at any time without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jellies LLC expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jellies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Emotional distress
- Personal injury
- Any harm arising from reliance on the app during a mental health crisis
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app (which is nothing, since Jellies is free).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jellies LLC from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the app
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any content you post or share through the app
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Informal Resolution First
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at the email below and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Jellies LLC agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court — except as provided below.
Arbitration will be conducted under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. The location of arbitration will be determined at the time of the dispute.
Exceptions
Arbitration does not apply to:
- Claims that qualify for small claims court
- Intellectual property disputes (e.g. copyright or trademark)
- Claims where either party seeks injunctive or other equitable relief
Class Action Waiver
You and Jellies LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration clause will not apply to that claim.
International Use
Jellies is operated from the United States. If you access the app from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with your local laws.
The app is not available to residents of countries subject to US government embargoes or sanctions, or to anyone on a US government prohibited-persons list. By using the app, you confirm that you are not located in such a country and are not such a person.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be handled in the jurisdiction where Jellies LLC is located.
